Digital Product Designer (UX/UI)

Job description

As a senior digital designer, your days are filled with challenging tasks:

You create user-friendly interfaces, taking into consideration strategy, branding, usability, sustainability and technica! implications.
You take the lead in projects and challenge clients in a mature way to improve their products.
You support the digital design team with your knowledge and experience to grow together.
You take on the design of Human Machine Interfaces, web/native applications, websites and the design and optimisation of the process flow from the perspective of an optimal user experience. This all in a context of larger, digitally supported product-service-systems.

Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent in Digital Product Design, Multimedia or similar
5+ years proven track record in UX/UI or Digital Product Design
Strong knowledge of and interest in the latest developments in the field of UX, UI, apps, web, and other relevant technology.
Sufficient experience in digital strategy, UX research, usability, testing, interviews, …
Ability to translate visions and ideas into tangible concepts
Ability to create design systems from scratch and document them in the process
Ability to balance business requirements with the optimal user experience
Knowledge of the common design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, …)
Fluent in both English and Dutch

A natural ability to work both autonomously and in teams
Personal maturity, knowledge and experience to take a leading role and communicate with all the stakeholders. Sufficiently independent to meet your deadlines based on good planning and communication.
