Achilles Associates created the Modivia for Betafence, a new residential sliding gate which was presented at Batibouw 2008.
The automatic gate is cantilevered, can be integrated without any problems in a complete fencing system, and allows the user to enjoy great freedom of use, also in a technical field. There are various components for security and access management available in order to complete the functionality of the gate to personal needs: from video or entry phone to code keyboard or key switch, everything is seamlessly integrated into the design of the Modivia and, in this way, forms part of the design.

The big ace card of the Modivia is its modular nature and flexibility. Not only the opening direction, but also the height and width of the gate are variable, because of which it can be geared perfectly to the surroundings in which it will be situated. Moreover it is possible to choose from a range of styles and finishes: modern, traditional, with or without decorative elements, rails, closed or perforated panels. The Modivia is made from aluminium with a polyester coating which is available in a number of standard colours, but can also be supplied, on request, in any possible RAL colour.

Thanks to the more than 2000 combination possibilities of the Modivia, security and privacy are going hand in hand with a harmonious amalgamation of the gate and the architecture of every house.
