The carbon line for 2011 contains some important innovations. The most notable is the launch of the new EMX-7, the ultimate race bike from Eddy Merckx Cycles. Moreover, the EMX-7 will be available in a special Quick-Step edition as well as an Eddy Merckx Anniversary Edition. This version is an exclusive Limited Edition and only 200 numbered copies will be produced.

Eddy recently celebrated his 65th birthday, and his people wanted to give him something extra special to mark the occasion. The bike is a tribute to the 525 victories and successes that Eddy Merckx has had over the years and each major race win has been recorded on the special Lightweight carbon fiber wheels for posterity.

The EMX-7 is as near to perfection as we've come so far. A fitting tribute to the man that we believe is the greatest cyclist of all time.
